Based in New York, we provide high-quality lifeguard certification, CPR/AED and First Aid training, swim instruction, and professional aquatic staffing. Our Origins

Upstate Aquatics began with one purpose, to save lives through better training. After witnessing too many preventable drownings and medical emergencies, our founders decided to take action. Drawing on backgrounds in EMS, lifeguarding, swim instruction, and emergency education, they created a company focused on skills that matter.

Today, our network includes certified instructors across New York and growing demand from organizations that trust our no-shortcut approach to aquatic education.
