What to include in an enquiry

Most questions are answered faster when the message says which certification is needed, how many people it is for, and the date it has to be finished by. If an employer or a county has asked for a specific credential, quoting their exact wording avoids booking the wrong course, because lifeguarding, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and Water Safety Instructor are separate certifications with separate courses.

Booking for a group

Facilities certifying several staff at once normally run the class at their own pool. Tell us the site, the number of candidates and the window you are working to, and the class is arranged around your season rather than ours. See on-site certification and group and private training.

Already certified and renewing

Check the expiry date on your certificate before you call. Renewing before it lapses is a shorter, cheaper day than starting again, and the eligibility turns entirely on that date. See recertification.
