Hands-only chest compressions on a training manikin during CPR and First Aid training for camp staff

We bring CPR and First Aid training for camp staff to your camp, anywhere in New York State. Instead of sending counselors out to separate courses on their own time, we certify your whole team on site, on one date, before the season starts. CPR, AED and First Aid runs $125 per person, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Why camps book CPR and First Aid training on site

  • One date, one roster. Every counselor certifies together instead of arriving with different expiry dates.
  • No travel time. Four hours on your grounds instead of a day lost per person.
  • Pre-season timing. Certifications are in hand before campers arrive, not chased in July.
  • Consistent standard. Your whole team learns the same protocols from the same instructor.
  • Easier records. One completion date across the staff file.

Frequently asked questions

How far ahead should we book CPR and First Aid training for camp staff?

As early as you can. Spring dates fill first because every camp in the state wants the same two weeks before opening.

How long does the certification last?

Certification periods are set by the certifying body, not by us. Confirm the expiry on your staff’s cards and plan recertification before the following season.

Can you train counselors who have never done CPR before?

Yes. The course assumes no prior experience and is hands-on throughout.

Do you also certify our waterfront staff?

Yes. Lifeguard certification can run on the same visit if you have pool or waterfront access. See on-site lifeguard certification.

Do you cover camps outside Long Island?

Yes. We run classes in every county in New York. See lifeguard certification in Upstate New York.
