Our lifeguard training program is designed to prepare you for real-world emergencies. In a single weekend, we’ll train you in both land-based and aquatic rescues.

  • Pass a 300-yard swim (front crawl or breaststroke)
  • Tread water for 2 minutes using only legs
  • Surface dive 7–10 feet to retrieve a 10-pound brick
  • Complete swim test during the first session

All equipment is provided. Please bring a towel, bathing suit, and hydration.

Lifeguard certification course is $420 and runs as a single full day, 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM. That price covers lifeguarding certification with First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

What are the prerequisites for Lifeguard certification course?

You must be at least 15 years old on or before the final session, and pass a prerequisite swim evaluation on the day: a timed swim, treading water without using your hands, and retrieving a brick from the pool bottom.
